- Completion Checkbox Copying Incorrectly
When copying a spot in Quick Orders, the Completion checkbox was sometimes carried over even when the ad type was not set to copy the field. This caused new line items to appear as completed when they should not have been.
Fix: The Completion checkbox now correctly stays unchecked on new line items unless explicitly configured to copy.
- Approval Requirements Not Updating with Status Change to Needs Dubbing
In certain workflows, orders that were moved into Needs Dubbing status still carried over unmet approval requirements from earlier statuses, which blocked dubbing. Users had to manually clear approvals as a workaround.
Fix: Approval requirements now automatically update when an order’s status changes to Needs Dubbing. Spots in this status will no longer be blocked by outdated approvals, while approval logic for Needs Writing and Needs Producing remains unchanged.
- Notes Displaying HTML Tags in Files Column
Notes entered in Production, Traffic, Creative, or Digital fields using the WYSIWYG editor were displaying raw HTML tags (e.g., <p>, <br>) in the Files column links. The content still displayed correctly in other views but appeared messy in this column.
Fix: Notes in the Files column now display as plain text with proper formatting. Line breaks and paragraphs show cleanly without exposing HTML code.
