Total Claimed Winnings at the Front Desk

Front Desk can now see a winner's Total Claimed Winnings.

Now, you can see a winner's total year-to-date claimed winnings in the following locations:

• Front Desk in the Unclaimed Prizes card for the winner: The "Year to Date Winnings with this Win" shows below the prize total. This is the total value of all claimed prize plus the prize value of the prize listed on the unclaimed prize card.
• On the Release Form at the Front Desk or in Electronic Signed Documents: The "Year to Date Winnings with this Win" shows below the prize total. This is the total value of all claimed prize plus the prize value of the prize listed on the release form.
• In the Full Winner History report at the Front Desk: The Year To Date Total Claimed value shows at the bottom of the Winner Information. The value here is the total of all claimed winnings in the current year. It does not include any unclaimed prizes.
• Settings / vPromo / Winners: The Year To Date Claimed Winnings value shows in its own column in the winner information line. The value here is the total of all claimed winnings in the current year. It does not include any unclaimed prizes.
