Self-Entry of Winner Information

Winners can enter and edit their own information within the electonic documents process.

In the first step in the Electronic Signed Documents process,  the winner sees the information listed in the Custom Winner Form, and can check and edit the contents of their information.  After that, they move on to the electronic document signing steps.

Settings

In Settings / vPromo / Customize Winner Form, Promotions Directors and Program Directors can shorten the list of required fields that are required in the on air studio, and choose specific fields that are required for the winner to fill in. This speeds up the process of gathering winner information.

For example, the On Air Talent might only be required to get the winners name and email address (both are required for the electonic signed documents login), and the winner would provide the rest.

1. Show - Items checked here will be visible in the studio and to the winner in the electronic documents fulfillment process.
2. Required - Items checked here are required to be filled out in the studio or by a promotions person when the winner is assigned.
3. Winner Required - Items checked here are required to be filled out by the winner in the Electronic Signed Documents process.
