# vPro 2.0.485 Release Notes

## Weekly Summary Emails

Never miss an important deadline again with the new Weekly Summary Emails feature in vPro. Now, you can subscribe to a weekly summary of your requests, which will be delivered straight to your inbox every Monday morning.

Here's how to set it up:

1. Go to Edit Profile in the top right of your account
2. Then click on the Notifications tab
3. Scroll down to the Weekly Summary section and click Edit
4. Select the information you wish to receive, including Past Due requests, requests with Due Dates Approaching, requests that are Starting Soon, and requests that are Ending Soon.
5. Click Save to opt-in to the Weekly Summary Emails feature.

The Weekly Summary email will be generated every Monday morning at approximately 12:01am to the email address set in your account.

Note: This email will also include a list of any tasks you’ve been assigned to with a Job Completion Due Date approaching. 

With this feature, you can stay on top of your work and ensure that everything is completed on time.

 

### Sort files by upload time

Another new feature in vPro is the ability to sort files by upload time. By default, the most recent files attached to a request are listed at the top, but you can now update your account settings to determine whether you prefer your files to be listed in Ascending or Descending order.

Here's how to manage this setting:

1. Go to Edit Profile in the top right of your account
2. Then click on the vPro tab
3. Scroll to the Site Options section and click Edit

4. In the file options dropdown, select whether you want to view files in ascending (Oldest to Newest) or descending (Newest to oldest) order and click save to update your file sorting preferences.

Note: If neither are selected, by default the order will be Newest to Oldest

With this new feature, you can easily find the files you need.
