      Split Prize Packages When Claiming

      Prize packages can be split so the winner can claim only the prizes from the package they want.

      When looking the winner up in the Front Desk tab, you will see the Prize Package listed as one prize. If the winner wishes to claim only specific items from the package, you can Split the Package.

      Once you click the Split Package, vPromotions will then list each prize separately in list of Unclaimed prizes for that winner. You can now separately claim only the prizes the winner wishes to keep, or wishes to claim at this time.

      Split separate

      The winner can Forfeit any prizes they do not want and Claim other prizes as allowed in the future.
