The Idea/Proposal Workflow in vPromotions provides the ability for sales to present ideas for a proposal to present to a client. That idea is then the basis for a proposal you can create and share in vPromotions. {SEE UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM}

At about 6:35 in this video we show you how to create a PRF after the Proposal is marked sold. That Create PRF button has moved. You can find it now by clicking the blue + sign under the proposal in your proposals tab. That + sign will open a dropdown where you can then choose Create PRF.
