How To Change A Prize Claimed Date

You can edit the claimed date on a prize if you have a Promotions Director, Program Director or General Manager ability.

If for any reason you need to change the Claimed Date on a prize, here's how:

1. Go to Settings / vPromo / Winners.
2. Look up the winner.
3. Click on the pan and pad "Edit Claimed Date" icon at the end of the Prize Claimed information.
4. Click into the date field and change the date and time as desired.
5. Click Save.
