Features & Enhancements
File management in vPro just got easier!
We’ve enhanced the files slide out to include more information on all the files associated with your requests.
Users can now sort through the files on a spot instantly, using the search inside of the files sidebar. Click on view all files to open the sidebar, and any text entered into the search updates the files instantly to help find exactly what you're looking for.
View active files or retrieve any deleted files using the Active/Deleted filter
Retrieve deleted files by filtering to the Deleted Files list and using the 3 vertical dots in the actions column to reactivate the file
Just as vPro gives you important info at a glance with dedicated background colors for statuses, now the file sidebar identifies files by type with a dedicated color for its row. vCreative staff can assist with assigning colors.
Or if you are a local admin, you can set these colors from the vPro File Types settings
Pre-loaded files are easy to access from the slide out to add a commonly used file with just a few clicks.
Information such as the file size, file type, uploaded date and time, who uploaded the file and any notes that were provided about the file have been added in new columns next to the file.
The ability to preview unzipped files as well as download, edit the file type or delete individual files can be done from the actions column
More enhancements to the files slide out are coming soon!
