In vPromotions, there is a grand prize contest option designed to be added on to a contest PRF. So for example, if you are giving your winners the chance to win a $50 gift card each day for two weeks and then one of those winners will win the grand prize of a $500 gift card, this option would apply.
You would create your contest PRF first - adding the 'baseline' prizes or qualifier plays to the PRF. Once you have done that, you would click 'add new' in the plays tab of that PRF.
You would then choose the Grand Prize option checkbox. You can also choose the Live Drawing option if you would like vPromotions to randomly choose the winner for you, rather than having a human do it.
Also in the 'when' field, be sure to adjust your time to be a time after the last play of the 'baseline' contest is scheduled.
Once those steps are done and you refresh your browser, you will see the extra Grand Prize Drawing option at the bottom of your plays tab. The ticket icon is what you would choose to let vPromotions use that Live Drawing option of randomly assigning the winner for you. If you are set up in vPromotions as a Program Director, General Manager or Promotions Director, you can draw the winner here. In doing this, vPromotions will look back at all winners assigned to that PRF and randomly pull one. 
If your on air staff is going to draw the winner, they also have the ticket icon in their on air tab when they click on the Grand Prize Drawing play.
If you don't check the Live Drawing option, your on air staff will have the traditional 'assign winner' option rather than the 'draw winner' option.
Once you click the ticket icon you can then move through through the steps of either assigning the winner the system draws, or re-drawing to choose a different winner.
After assigning the winner, that winner's information will populate just as it does for any other contest.
