Every PRF has a history you can follow

In vPromotions, every PRF has a history. This history will show who created the PRF and when, along with any steps done to that PRF along the way.

PRF Status Tracking
Users can monitor Promotion Request Form status and history through the vPromotions details section. Selecting the more button provides comprehensive logs for all promotion edits or updates.

Details

  • Tracking Promotion Request Form (PRF) Status: A method for users to monitor the status and history of a PRF within the vPromotions system. By clicking on the PRF located on the calendar and selecting the details box, users can access the history section on the right-hand side to view all actions performed, including adding or updating liners, adding plays, and editing a promotion. Users are able to select the "more" button next to any recorded change to view specific details about that action.
