You can copy a PRF!
In vPromotions, you have the option to Copy a PRF. That could save you some time over creating a PRF from scratch if you are needing to create a new PRF based off information already saved in another PRF.

Users can now copy previously submitted Promotion Request Forms to populate new calendar events quickly. This feature allows updates to category, station, and date information.

Updates allow users to transfer specific elements like scheduled plays and task assignments when copying forms. Selection of these components occurs immediately after saving the new form.

- Basic Promotion Request Form Copying: SUsers can copy a previously submitted Promotion Request Form (PRF) within vPromotions to streamline the scheduling process. By selecting an existing entry, users can navigate to the details button and use the "copy PRF" option under the green actions tab to duplicate the original information into a new form. Users are able to update the category, station, and date for the new event, and upon saving, the new PRF is populated on the calendar.
- Advanced Elements Copying in Promotion Request Forms: Users can copy specific additional details alongside the form itself. When a user saves a new copied PRF, they are presented with the option to copy specific elements, including scheduled plays, liners, sold sponsorships, and job task assignments. Users can confirm these additions by selecting the "copy elements" button or choose to cancel this selection, which does not interfere with the submission of the PRF.
