Every order tracks a HISTORY - a record of each update and edit from the moment of creation. This allows users to look through and see who did what and when.

Request History Feature Access
The request history feature tracks all edits made to requests from creation onward. Users access this record by clicking the icon in the Production Order column to view 2 options.
Advanced Filtering and Search
Modifications display original and new text for clarity. Users can refine search results by applying custom date ranges or filtering by specific user activity.

- Request History Access and Views: The order history feature, which serves as a record of all updates and edits for every request from creation onward, allows users to track who performed specific actions and when. To access this history, users must click the icon located in the PO column. Within the history sidebar, users can choose between two available views: a simple view and a full view.
- Request History Search and Filtering: Modifications in the history feature appear with a stricken-out version of the original text alongside the new information. The tool includes a search function that allows users to filter results by name, date, or script text. Additionally, users can access their recent account history through the user account menu located at the top right of the screen, which helps them recall orders that may have left their current view due to status changes or specific filtering. To further refine the history, users have the capability to set custom date ranges or search based on specific user activity.
