Searching orders in vProMedia and creating custom folders

Once the production for a request is complete and a spot archives, that doesn’t mean that it’s gone from vProMedia. You can find any archived requests, plus what’s currently in production by using the Search tool. A useful or frequently used search can also be saved to become a custom folder view. Find out more in the Folder Settings quick tip video.

Details

  • Searching for Requests in vProMedia: Requests in production and those already archived remain accessible within vProMedia through the search tool. This tool is found at the top right of any list view, or at the bottom right after scrolling down. They recommended initiating searches from the all or inbox folder for best results. Users can apply multiple search criteria as needed, and the system retains the previous query until the clear button at the bottom of the tool is selected.
  • Saving Custom Folder Views: To improve efficiency, frequently used searches can be saved as custom folder views. Once a search is conducted, users have the option to save it with a specific label, which then allows them to manage that search similar to any other folder. Detailed instructions on this process are available in the folder settings video (link above).
