Here is how to delete them In vProMedia, it's easy to delete unneeded drafts. Drafts are created every time you click the +New Request button to start a new order. The idea behind your drafts folder is so you can begin to fill out an order and if you don't have all the information required to complete it, that order will save so you can come back to it later for completion. However if you have drafts you aren't going to use again built up, you can easily delete them. ### **Summary** Explanation of order deletion procedures and search visibility impacts for administrative workflows. **Draft Order Deletion** Unneeded draft orders can be removed individually or in bulk via status updates. Users may also utilize the clear all drafts option. **Submitted Order Revisions** Submitted orders require revisions to halt workflow progression rather than deletion. Deleted drafts become unsearchable within the system. ### **Details** - **Deleting Draft Orders**: Draft orders that are no longer needed can be removed by updating the order status to deleted. Users have the option to remove multiple drafts simultaneously by selecting them and changing the status to deleted, or by using the clear all drafts option located at the top of the page. - **Handling Submitted Orders and Searchability**: Once an order is submitted and visible to traffic and production departments, a revision is the preferred method to halt the request and ensure that the staff knows the request is not advancing through the workflow.
