Details

  • Request Rejection Procedure: Managers may need to reject submitted requests due to incomplete information or user error. To initiate a rejection, the manager selects the appropriate spot in the left column and chooses the reject option located in the action bar at the bottom of the screen. This action requires the manager to provide a blog entry detailing the specific items that need to be addressed.
  • Rejection Workflow and Resubmission: Once a request is rejected, it is moved to the drafts folder, and a task notification is generated for the user who originally submitted the order. Upon the resubmission of the request, the task notification automatically hides to maintain an organized task tray. There is no limit to the number of times an order can be rejected or resubmitted.
