In vProMedia, when orders are submitted they will require a starting status, depending on what work needs to be done on that order. The status will also update throughout the workflow. Row colors update dynamically to indicate progress and enhance visibility. **Access and Customization** Status access depends on account permissions and request constraints. Customized status options are available through administrative support channels. ### **Details** - **vProMedia Status Label Functionality**: The status label in the vProMedia software tracks the current location of a request within the workflow. Users can set or update this status during the process using either the form or the list view. To enhance visual efficiency, the row of a request in the list view changes color to correspond with its status, allowing them to identify the request's progress at a glance. - **vProMedia Status Limitations and Support**: Status options are not universally available to all users; instead, access is determined by individual account settings or the specific requirements of a request. Furthermore, the current status of an order may restrict the available status options for future selection.
