When you are logged in to your vProMedia account, you will see several options and icons across the top. Here are the details on those items in your overhead menu.

Details

  • vProMedia Overhead Menu Navigation: The overhead menu in vProMedia contains essential navigation tools, including a logo on the left that returns users to their default folder and a button to toggle the sidebar display. Furthermore, the top drop-down menu allows them to switch efficiently to any folder, including those that they may have chosen to hide.
  • vProMedia Help and Task Management: The top right of the screen facilitates connections to the help desk through chat or articles and provides access to tasks and notifications. Users are alerted to assigned work through the tasks feature, and they can customize their notifications; clicking either a task or a notification allows them to navigate directly to the associated order.
  • vProMedia System Interface and Settings: Shelly McMurtrey outlined several additional features, including the waffle menu for switching between vCreative products and a profile icon for accessing vProMedia settings or logging out. The system also includes search and resource calendar icons on the right, as well as a cog icon for modifying views and folder settings.
