In vProMedia you can upload files directly to the order you need them for. Files can be added at any stage of the workflow process. Users can upload files at any stage of production, ranging from drafts to archive status, by using the new request form after selecting an ad type. The interface facilitates file uploads through a drag and drop feature or by clicking a button to select files directly. - **File Categorization and Display Settings**: After selecting a file, vProMedia requires users to assign a file type to clarify the purpose of the file for everyone connected to the spot. Within personal account settings, they can customize how their files are displayed. Users have the option to set their display to show the original file name, which reveals the file type upon hovering, or they can set it to display the file type, which reveals the original file name upon hovering. - **List View Functionality and Automation**: The list view is where the files column on the right offers similar drag and drop or file selection options. Users can view the number of files attached to a request above the dropbox in the files column, and they must select a file type before saving.
