You have a bulk action option in vProMedia. Sometimes you may need to take an action, for example assigning a POC or adding a file, to many production orders at once. In vPro we made that task simple by offering a bulk options tool.   ### **Summary** Presentation of bulk actions functionality and review of operational requirements for request management. **Bulk actions feature overview** Bulk action functionality enables simultaneous modification of request information across multiple items for authorized users. System accessibility requires selecting more than 1 request. **Operational guidelines and constraints** Activation occurs via the left column checkbox in the order list. Bulk change options remain disabled if any selected item does not support the specific action.   ### **Details** - **Bulk Actions Overview and Requirements**: The functionality for bulk actions allows users to modify the same information across multiple requests simultaneously, a feature heavily utilized by the production team. This functionality becomes available to users who have permission to alter multiple fields once they select more than one request; the bulk actions feature will appear grayed out if only a single request is selected. - **Activating and Executing Bulk Actions**: The action bar is activated by selecting a checkbox in the left column of the order list view. The available options for bulk actions include status, point of contact, assignment and removal, job completions, file uploads, date changes, production notes, and voice requests. A critical constraint is that if one of the selected items does not support a specific option, such as status or point of contact, the bulk change for that option will be disabled.
