Track how much time was spent on a task - you can time log it in vProMedia!

In vProMedia you can use a time log to record the amount of time you spend on a specific task - like writing a script. Or you can record the quantity of assets used in a task. Those details are then saved in that production order.

Details

  • vProMedia Time Logging Functionality: The time logging capabilities of the vProMedia system are designed to allow teams to record time spent or the quantity of assets. After a job is marked completed during order processing, the assigned person selects the appropriate task from a drop-down menu. Upon logging the time, a link appears in the files column that displays all jobs containing recorded data.
  • vProMedia Time Logging Configuration: A local admin, such as a production director, can manage the setup for time logging via the vProMedia ad types section located in the left navigation bar. After clicking the time logging button at the top of the table, admins can set up a list of tasks for tracking, including instructions for hours and minutes spent or the quantity of assets. Additionally, each task can be configured to include a rate charge based on the entered time or quantity.
