To help make sure scripts are read and returned with fewer errors, we have a tool for users to create trigger words. These words, when they appear in a request's copy, are accompanied by a phonetic pronunciation in parenthesis.
Attached files that have a File Type that includes "Pronunciation" or "Pronounce" will also be shown to the voice talent on the request.
