vPPO has a weekly Expiring Soon email that will go out to you Sunday nights. This email will let you know which orders you have currently running that will be expiring in the next few days.

  • vPPO Email Notification Feature: There is an automatic email feature within the VPPO system designed for AES that notifies users of items expiring within the next seven days. This system sends notifications every Monday morning, though the feature is disabled by default.
  • Enabling Notification Settings: To activate this feature, users need to navigate to the maintenance section within their account settings, select "my account," and locate the email notifications area. Users must click the check mark for the "receive weekly expiring soon email" option to turn it on.
  • Benefits and Technical Support: The automated email, generated early Monday morning, helps users track items expiring within the next 7 days, providing an opportunity to reach out to clients for extensions or to sell new packages.
