Users locate items using the search tool in list views. **Optimized Query Management** Searches yield better results when initiated from inbox or all folders. The clear button resets previous query fields between searches. **Custom Search Views** Frequently used searches can be saved as custom folder views for improved efficiency. Saved views function like standard folders for management. ### **Details** - **vProMedia Request Search Functionality**: Production and archived requests remain accessible within the vProMedia system rather than being deleted upon completion. Users can locate these items by using the search tool, which is accessed by clicking the search button located in the upper right of any list view, or at the bottom right of the page once scrolling has begun. - **Search Best Practices and Query Management**: For optimal results, initiate searches while in the "all" or "inbox" folder and noted that users may select as many search criteria as required. Because the system retains the previous query for subsequent searches, they advised using the "clear" button located at the bottom of the search tool to reset all fields when necessary. - **Saving Custom Searches**: Frequently used searches can be saved as custom folder views to improve efficiency. After performing a search, users can select the option to save it with a specific label within the search tool, allowing them to manage that saved view like any other folder, with additional guidance available in the folder settings video -
