Request History Access
Records of all request updates remain accessible through the purchase order column. Users can toggle between simple and full viewing modes.

Search and Filter Tools
Change tracking displays strikethrough edits for easy comparison. Advanced search filters enable finding specific data points by names, dates, or scripts.

Recent Account Activity
User account menus provide visibility into recent order history. This functionality helps retrieve items that disappeared due to status updates or filters.



Details

  • Request History Overview: Every production order maintains a comprehensive record of updates and edits from the moment of creation. Users can access this information by clicking the icon located in the PO column. The history sidebar provides two distinct viewing options: simple view and full view.
  • Request History Functionality and Search: Changes are displayed with the previous version stricken out alongside the new content. The interface includes a search tool that allows users to filter information by names, dates, or script text. Additionally, users can narrow the history being viewed by setting specific date ranges or filtering by user activity.
  • Accessing Recent User Activity: Users can access their recent account history through the user account menu located in the top right corner of the screen. This feature allows users to recall orders that have left their view due to status changes or applied filtering options.
