New Features and Functionality
Sort by date submitted
vPro does it’s best to keep you organized by prioritizing requests for you. By default, orders are sorted by the Due Date requested. However, you’re also able to sort orders by the amount of time they’ve been in the system and now, by their submission date. This way, you can decide how you’d like to view the rundown of your requests.
Search by Submitted On date and more
Along with the ability to sort by Submitted On date, you also have the ability to search on that date as well as Due date, Start date and End date ranges.
Pre-book a calendar appointment with or without attachment to a request
When you have an event that needs to be shared with other members of the team, you can book those events as appointments in vPro. You might set an appointment with your advertiser to film an ad on location and need to make sure that the production team is not only aware, but available! Use this feature to pre-book client appointments to allow visibility to the production team. Seeing what is already booked on the production calendar will ensure that resources are available if they need to be included in that event/meeting.
Book an appointment directly from a request or from the overhead calendar as a stand alone event.
Conflict Detection
When you are booking an appointment on the calendar and there is already another event scheduled within the same timeframe, vPro will alert you of the conflict and give you a chance to Cancel out and adjust the scheduled time or continue with the awareness that something else is booked during that time. This will give an approving manager the ability to accept this conflict and assure that resources will be available for each event.
