      Unread Blog Reminder

      Some managers would like to remind staff when there are blog messages that have not been seen after x number of days. Now, your organization can have a preferred number of days set that will trigger reminder emails to any person that has not yet read a blog posted to a request they have created or have been assigned. 


      For example: If this is set to [1 Day] in your Firm Settings, the unread blog notification detection algorithm will run each day at 8:00am ET. If the latest blog entry for a spot has not been read by the user, then that user will get an email alerting them that they have unread blog entries for that request.

      The set number of days can be adjusted by contacting the Help Desk



      Bug Fixes and Improvements

      • We continue to monitor reports of locked spots in Edit mode not unlocking once a user is finished updating the request. We’ve made improvements to the handling of locked orders to release the request from Edit mode when it has become inactive for a period of time.
