Multi-POC Assignment
New to vPPO is the ability to assign multiple POCs via the list view drop down. For users with delegate ability, simply click on the Writer, Producer, Dub, Traffic or Digital POC drop down and select a user name. To assign an additional POC, click on the drop down arrow again and select another POC.
The fine print:
- Each user assigned will receive a “to-do” assignment email notification.
- All content assigned will be visible in the user’s MyBox/InBox view.
- Each user assigned will receive credit in vPPO reports.
- POC specific search filters will return content for any POC on the order.
- If a spot is archived, it is removed from all user’s active folders.
Issues Resolved
Digital Workflow Improvement
We have updated the Digital workflow to allow “Digital” ads, with Needs Production status, to archive when Scheduled and Uploaded are checked. Prior to the update, Digital production orders would not archive unless they had advanced to Needs Uploaded status. Now, Digital ads, not needing approval, will archive once marked as scheduled and uploaded. If approval is necessary, the uploaded checkbox will be disabled until approved.
