[Archived vPPO Release Notes](https://vcreativeinc.com/knowledge/general?hsLang=en#archived-vppo-release-notes) # vPPO Release Notes 12/2/2020   **New vPPO Improvements** **Multi-POC Assignment Now Optional** In our last vPPO release we added the ability to assign *multiple POCs* via the list view drop down.  Some firms preferred the single POC functionality, with this release Local Admins can turn off the Multiple POC assignment function via firm settings.  Only Local Admins can access the firm settings, if you need assistance or have any questions, please contact the vPPO Help Desk.    **New Look for Length Column** The font and background for Length has a new look, a **bold font** with a border.  This new look will make it easier to note the spot length with a quick glance.  This is an individual user setting, you can turn it on or off via “My Account” link in the navigation bar.   (Remember to check the box and submit at the bottom of the my account page)   ![Screen\_Shot\_2020-12-01\_at\_3.25.53\_PM.png](https://vcreativeinc.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screen_Shot_2020-12-01_at_3_25_53_PM.png)   **Issues Resolved** **Help Bubble Position** Some users had difficulty clicking the “search” link because the link was hidden by the Help Chat Bubble.   This typically happened with many search filters open.  This fix will keep the Help Bubble out of the way of the search link.  (Note: some browser *versions* don’t display the help bubble.)   ![Screen\_Shot\_2020-12-01\_at\_3.26.39\_PM.png](https://vcreativeinc.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screen_Shot_2020-12-01_at_3_26_39_PM.png)   **Allow Copy on Delete Ad Types** In a previous release, Deleted Ad Types were restricted from future use.  With this update, Deleted Ad Types will now allow the copy process, but force you to select an “active” Ad Type in the spot details. Deleted Ad Types will not allow the revision or extend date processes.  If a Deleted Ad Type is selected for a revision or extend dates, you will see a blue warning message indicating the Ad Type is deleted and has been deselected.    ![Screen\_Shot\_2020-12-01\_at\_3.27.09\_PM.png](https://vcreativeinc.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screen_Shot_2020-12-01_at_3_27_09_PM.png)   **Edit Archived Ad Types (On Air Content)** In a previous release archived Ad Types were restricted from future use.  With this update, archived Ad Types will allow the revision process, as long as the existing spot has an end date in the future.  You may copy spots with archived Ad Types, but you will need to select an active Ad Type before submitting.     As always, if you have any questions or need help, please contact the vPPO Help Desk, 800-605-9889, or via the Chat link in your vPPO account.  -
