Spot Approval Display Ad Types
With this update, display/digital ad types with spot approval required, can not be checked as uploaded unless the spot is approved. The uploaded checkbox will be disabled and gray in color until approved.
Suggested workflow: Needs Production > Final Image Ad upload/Spot Review > Spot approved > Auto Advance to Needs Uploaded status, Check Uploaded. Please contact the vPPO Help Desk to learn more about Display Ad workflow.
Saved Search Client Name Folder Count
Previously the folder count for Client Name Saved Searches showed as “0.” With this fix, the folder count will accurately reflect the number of spots within the folder. In a previous release, Client Name filter was updated to be an exact match, in some cases the client name saved search may need to be rebuilt. Saved Search POC Assigned As
Recently we added a search filter under the People & POC section allowing you to search for a specific person and specific job in vPPO. The search works, but if used as a saved search, the filter would fail to retain the specified POC. This issue is now fixed. If you need assistance creating custom saved search folders, please reach out to the vPPO Help Desk.
ECN Improvements
This update improves the automated ECN spot import function. The Combined ISCI check box now combines spots with the same ISIC for multiple stations in your firm onto one PO. Previously, even when this setting was selected, multiple PO’s were created for spots with the same ISIC.
We also added a checkbox called Combined Estimates. When this setting is turned on, ECN orders will not be duplicated if different flight weeks are sent for the same ISIC, same stations, and same Estimate Number. Selecting both of these ECN options should greatly reduce the number of PO’s created for ECN spots each week.
