      Importing Trade

      Adding Trade

      There are two ways to enter Trade items into vTrade. You can import Trade items via an Excel spreadsheet or manually enter them directly into vTrade. (This is a role based feature)

      Importing Trade 

      vTrade allows you to enter bulk Trade items into inventory by using an Excel template. A template will be provided to you during your implementation. The column headers should be: Trade Name; Expiration Date; Trade Value; Type; Description; Avail Quantity; Cash Schedule Amount.

      • Simply fill out the template and save it to your local computer and then upload via import:

      • After clicking done mapping it will show you a preview to verify it looks correct and click done. It will import all trade into the inventory immediately without requiring verification.
