Deleted / Cancelled PRF Notifications and Restore

Promotions Directors, Program Directors, and General Managers have the ability Cancel, Delete, or Restore a PRF. 

If a PRF is cancelled or deleted, everyone assigned to that PRF will receive and email notification including a link to the PRF and the name of the person that deleted or cancelled it.

You may also receive email notifications any time any PRF is cancelled or deleted in your Settings / User / Email Settings by checking the, "Email me when any PRF is Cancelled," box and/or the, "Email me when any PRF is Deleted," box.

Promotions Directors, Program Directors, and General Managers will see a "Restore PRF" button on the cancelled or deleted PRF details to restore the PRF to it previous status.
