Folder Options

The Folder Options for each user are set once during the "New Device" wizard then can be updated from the Cog > Folder Options > Settings menu options.

Here, you can set the Default folder you see when logging in, which folders/filters are shown/hidden in the Left-Hand Navigation and which will show in your Context Menu (right-click menu).

The diagonal-cross icon to the left of each folder's name is a handle you can click-and-drag to re-order the folders. The "Reset Folders" link at the bottom restores them to their original order. If you have saved a search result as a custom folder you can rename or delete those here as well.
