(i.e. writer, videographer, animator, graphic designer...all those jobs can be assigned here and you have the option to add multiple people to a task.   ![mceclip0.png](https://vcreativeinc.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/mceclip0-Mar-08-2023-02-16-12-8247-PM.png?width=519&height=207&name=mceclip0-Mar-08-2023-02-16-12-8247-PM.png) You can also see at a glance, the number of items that each person has been tasked with already.    **Assignee Due Date** Anyone who has been assigned a job within a particular request can also have a completion date -  that may be set in advance of the overall due date to allow for each task to be done in time before it's all scheduled to be pieced together. ![mceclip1.png](https://vcreativeinc.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/mceclip1-Mar-08-2023-02-16-14-5910-PM.png?width=570&height=358&name=mceclip1-Mar-08-2023-02-16-14-5910-PM.png) Once a date is selected for the job assigned, you will see a clock next to the assignee's name. A mouse-over will display the due date set for that job. ![mceclip2.png](https://vcreativeinc.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/mceclip2-Mar-08-2023-02-16-13-4856-PM.png?width=488&height=255&name=mceclip2-Mar-08-2023-02-16-13-4856-PM.png) Your [user settings](https://vcreativeinc.com/knowledge/hc/en-us/articles/360050538214?hsLang=en) can set which events generate email or [in-system notifications](https://vcreativeinc.com/knowledge/hc/en-us/articles/360052646573?hsLang=en) when jobs are assigned to you.   Jobs also allow for **Time Logging** to keep track of the Hours, Minutes or QTY of editing or time spent on a task. ![mceclip3.png](https://vcreativeinc.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/mceclip3-Mar-08-2023-02-16-15-9652-PM.png) When a job has been completed the assignee will mark the checkbox in the cartID/House# column to show that it's finished.
