How Can Air Talent Update Winner Info?

When entering a winner, On Air Talent can access the winner's information and edit it via the "edit winner details" link a the lower right of their winner screen, after clicking the assigned winner button and entering a winner's name.

Here is an animation that shows when and where to look for that link.

In the event that you have already entered the winner and assigned them:

1. Click on the Change Winner button
2. Enter the winner's information
3. Click on the "edit winner details" link
4. Make the changes, and save

Do not click Assign Winner again. This will keep the original win date & time correct while changing the winner's information.
