Minimum Lead Times Fix
Ad Types with lead time rule could freeze on order entry when selecting start date. This fix will allow minimum lead time to work as needed. Check the individual ad type profile, lead time is in business days, you can set the value in days in the lead time field.
Search by date range not inclusive to active spots
Bug fix, search by date range will include all content with active dates in the selected range. Previously either the start or end date had to fall in the specified range. Example, search airing in February, 2/1-2/29, if the spot started in January and ended in March it would not show in the February search. With the fix, the same spot will now be visible.
Search by ad type local/corp
View in the search filter for ad types is consistent with view in order entry. Ad Types, corp or local, appear in the appropriate category. Previously local ad types were separated to the top of the ad type filter view, this would show terrestrial items positioned in the numbered order with display and/or stream items.
Export Selected Report, client name location
Export select all report now lists client name first. From a search or folder view, you can select all, this will give you an option to export selected to a spreadsheet. Previously, the client name was the 6th column. Now the report is much easier to read with client name in column 1.
Increase status filer choices in search menu
In the search tool, status filters will now allow up to 15 status choices. Previously it was limited to 12 options. Fifteen should cover most active status choices giving the user more flexibility when searching.
Username truncated if too long
Previously the username field had a limited number of characters, in some cases a user’s email address was truncated to fit the limit. We have increased the number to 128 characters which should cover most user email addresses.
