Adding the Prize
When adding a Prize, be sure that the Fulfillment Method is "Mail/Ship." That will make it more simple to track what has been shipped and what has not.
Prize Closet Unshipped Prizes
Select Prize Closet from the main menu that appears when you point the mouse at your name on the upper right of your vPromotions screen.
On the upper right of the Prize Closet, locate the blue Unshipped Prizes button.
Clicking the Unshipped Prizes button, and entering a date range and station will show all prizes that have not yet been shipped (from a list of all prizes that have Mail/Ship as their fulfillment method) from the requested dates and station, as well as names and addresses of the recipients.
Use the filters to find specific winners.
Click the green “Mark as Shipped” button to denote when the item was sent out to a winner. A confirmation will pop up with a space for notes, such as a Tracking Number.
After that, the Ship Info button appears for that winner, to allow you to refer back to the shipping information if needed.
