Located in Settings / Firm / Firm Options, this feature prompts the sales person that submitted an event PRF to provide vital information that might not have been available at the time they filled out the PRF.
Firm Admin Set Up
In the Settings Firm tab, choose Firm Options.
- Check the Prompt Sales for Event Info checkbox.
- Enter the number of days in advance of the event to remind the sales person.
- Add in each piece of information you will need, separated by a comma
Important: These comma-separated items cannot be the names of fields that are already on any of your PRF forms. They must be unique. (Ex. Instead of "Copy," use "Remote Copy.") - Check the "Send EMail Notifications" checkbox to send email reminders as well as the task notification.
How It Works
The specified number of days before the event, the Sales Person will see a notification in their Task List that looks like this:

And they will receive and email reminder that looks like this:

After they click on the task, they will see a form with the comma-separated labels that the Firm Admin entered that looks like this:
In The PRF Details
Once they have filled out the form and submitted it, the information will be available to everyone immediately in the PRF Details:
