      How Can I Get Fewer Blog Notifications?

      Any user that is a manager (Sales Mgr, Promo Dir, PD or GM) in vPromotions has the option to receive all blog messages and approval notifications for every station on their user account.

      This can be found in the User settings under General Settings. The 4 areas are:

      • Receive Approval Task Notifications for: [STATIONS ARE LISTED HERE]
      • Receive Approval Task Notifications for these categories: [Events, Contests, Content]
      • Receive Blog Notifications for: [STATIONS ARE LISTED HERE]
      • Receive Blog Notifications for these categories: [Events, Contests, Content]

      Removing stations from the Blog Notifications will only cause them to not get every blog post about every promotion on every station that they have. They will still get blog notifications for PRFs for which they are assigned in the People tab.

      Firm Administrators can change users' accounts, or ask the users to change their settings.

      To access a user's General Settings:

      1. Go to Settings / Firm / People
      2. Click the Edit icon in the Action column to the far right of their name
      3. Choose the General Setting tab
      4. Save after making changes.
