On the Files tab of any PRF, we have added a preview button that allows you to listen to or look at the file, before you choose to download it.
Download multiple files at once!
Once you have selected the files that you want to download, you can download the selected files or all of the files on that PRF. (Be sure that your pop-up blocker is off for vPromotions when using this feature.)
Winner Contact Tracking
Tell at a glance which winners have been contacted right on the Details / Plays tab!
Promotions and Program Directors can easily track your calls to winners regarding prize pick-up right there on the Plays screen.
- The phone icon is green if that winner was reached or if a voicemail was left with them.
- The phone icon is red if that winner was not reached due to no voicemail or bad number.
- The number next to the phone icon tells you how many attempts have been made.(Maximum 3)
By mousing over the phone icon, you can see more details. Click on the icon to note another contact attempt.
Winner Database Dupe Detector
Find your duplicate winner entries and merge them quickly!
The new Dupe Detector is accessible by Promotions and Program Directors in Settings / vPromo / Winners. As soon as you go there, a message in the upper right of your screen will alert you if duplicates have been detected.
By clicking on the blue Dupe Detector button, you'll get a list of all of the groups of duplicates detected. Dupes are detected by:
- Same Name and Date of Birth
- Same Phone or Mobile number
- Same Email Address
After click in the magnifying glass icon, easy instructions at the top of the page walk you through how to de-dupe your winner database.
Optional SSN Collection on Winner Assignment
We have added the option to collect Social Security Numbers as the prize is assigned.
Firm Admins can now decide to allow entry of Social Security Numbers as the prize is being assigned.
Once this option is activated, Social Security Numbers will be required on Prize Assignment if:
- The prize information's "Require SS#" check box is checked
- The winner has not yet supplied a SSN in the system.
You will be notified after entering the SSN twice that the information has been successfully encrypted.
NOTE: Be sure that you consult your legal department regarding proper information collection according to The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Multiple Liner Versions Scheduling
We've made multiple versions of liners schedule as well as single versions.
It was brought to our attention that when scheduling multiple versions of liners (A, B, C, etc.), vPromotions Priority Liner Scheduling treated each version as a different lines. That caused some clumping issues in which A, B, and C might all come up back to back. We fixed that. Now vPromotions schedules those liners as far apart from each other as possible, given the Liner criteria.
SSN Added to Winner Reports for Firm Admin
Firm Administrators can now include Social Security Numbers in winner reports.
If your company requires that Social Security Numbers are collected and supplied for all cash winnings for example, now that information is available in winner reports, including:
- Winners by Prize
- Winners by Contest
- Winner History
As with the Year End Prize Report, only Firm Administrators have access to this sensitive information.
Multiple Station Liner Scheduling from Campaign PRF
If you want to schedule Liners directly from a Campaign PRF, now you can!
People are finding more and more creative uses for Campaigns, and one of them is scheduling multiple Stations' Liner from on Campaign PRF. We made it easier to do that with a new Station selector on the Liners tab of your Campaign PRF. Just select the station and schedule the liners.
Corporate Contest Prize Fulfillment in Winner Market
Now companies that do Group Cash Contests can send the winner and the prize information directly to the winners home market on assign!
When the winner is assigned, you select the market and the station, and the winner gets assigned there! This makes it much more streamlined when the winner shows up at the front desk to claim their prize.
