      Vacation Stand-In

       
      Vacation Stand-In is available for anyone whose ability is the approval process. It allows them to assign a stand in while they are out by choosing a person, then the start and end dates/times. Only people who are not already in the approval process can be added as Vacation Stand-Ins. The list only includes those who are eligible.

      The Vacation Stand-In gets a notification that they have been assigned as a Vacation Stand-In and upon accepting, begins getting all approvals for the person for whom they are standing in. After the End Date/Time, the approvals return to the original approver.
