vPromotion is compatible with the 4 major modern browsers. We recommend that you keep your web browser(s) up to date with the latest release.
As a browser-based application, vPromotions can malfunction when being used in an out-dated version of a browser. If malfunctions occur, make sure your browser is the latest version available and try clearing your web file cache / temporary Internet files.
