When traffic marks an order as "Scheduled" in the CartID column, this marks that they've completed the traffic side of the PO. The order should then fall off of the list view in the Traffic person's account. When production is done loading a spot into automation, they have the "Dubbed" checkbox to mark allowing the spot to archive.
If an order is only marked as "partially scheduled" or "partially dubbed" this mean that a station is listed on the PO that the traffic or production person does not have linked to their account or is not turned on in their settings.
For instance, on a "Commercial+Streaming PO, there will be AM/FM stations listed as well as the WEB stations associated with the terrestrial stations. If the traffic or production department doesn't have the web stations setup or turned on in their account they will only be able to schedule for the stations they DO have.
This is also true if your market shares traffic or production with other markets and you are not responsible for scheduling/dubbing the other markets stations.
If you find that you are only able to partially schedule or dub a spot please contact the help desk so we can make sure that you are linked to all the stations you need.
