WideOrbit Traffic Integration History

In this release we’ve added a new history entry for “Get Cart ID” and “Material Group Selection” as part of the WideOrbit Traffic (WOT) integration.   This history entry will show the time stamp for the cart ID request and the Material Group selected.

Internal Outsource Menu Location

The Internal/Outsource menu has been relocated to the top of the Quick Order.  The Outsource is only available for users who are connected to multiple markets or outside Production Houses.  If your market uses the WideOrbit Traffic integration, the Outsource will determine content such as the Client Name.  The Internal/Outsource functions in the same manner, it is simply relocated to the top of the form.

Issues Resolved

File Upload Auto Advance Status 

A recent update caused a problem with file upload and the auto advance status feature.  The status would not advance as expected, this issue is now fixed.  If you would like to learn how the Auto Advance Status can help the approval process, please contact the vPPO Help Desk.    

 

Stations in User Profile Not Scheduled

Some Traffic Ability users, those with many stations in their profile, were not getting credit for scheduling some stations.  The data field was truncated, leaving some stations unscheduled.  The parameters for the data-field have been increased and this issue is resolved. 

 

Outsource Client Name Issue

This update fixes an issue for WideOrbit Traffic Integration firms who outsource to firms not using the WideOrbit Traffic integration. If outsourcing to a non WOT firm, vPPO will now allow free text for the client name field.
