Completing Trade

Question:

If there was a trade request that was approved and turns out the client no longer wants them, If I go in and delete the approved trade request will the tickets go back in the open inventory for someone else to request?

Answer:

Instead of deleting we have a reconcile function in approved requests. Just click on reconcile for that approved trade and change the amount taken to Zero.

Then it will take that amount and put it back in the inventory but still keep the record of the request. Delete will just delete the record and the amount will not return.
