If you need to create a new order in vPPO, and that order is very similar to an order which has already run for a client, you can save time by using the copy process. That process will hold all the information and even the files from the original order to make it quick and easy to create a new order.     ### **Summary** Training session introduced the workflow for copying previous production orders to improve overall processing efficiency. **Order Copying Feature** The new function allows users to copy existing orders for repeated campaigns, saving time by retaining original script and jingle information. **Executing Order Replication** Users select specific spots via the copy menu to initiate the process and choose whether to keep attached files from the previous order. **Finalizing Order Submission** Replicated orders require updates to specific fields like active dates and process status before final submission into the production workflow. ### **Details** - **vPPO Copy Process Overview**: This is a quick tip designed to save time by allowing users to copy existing orders instead of creating new ones from scratch. This method is ideal when the client wants to reuse previous scripts or jingles, as most of the original information will remain the same. - **Initiating the Copy Function**: To utilize this feature, the user identifies the specific spot they wish to copy and clicks the empty checkbox next to it. The user then selects the "copy" option from the "copy, extend, or revise" menu located in the corner, which prompts a popover window to ask if they would like to keep the files attached to the original spot. - **Modifying the New Order**: After the user proceeds to the "action is required before you can continue" page and selects the client name, they are presented with a new order that retains the original information.
