How do I change my username and/or password?

If a user is unable to log into their account, we have an "Forgot your password?" link to help users reset a forgotten password.

Further assistance can be reached through the Live Chat and Help Desk phone number (1.800.605.9889), also provided on the log in page. We will only be able to verify the email address associated with your account. We can not verify passwords.

Enter the email that is associated with your account and click, "Generate Authorization Code". This will email you a code. Return to the same screen to enter the code and you will be prompted to update your password.
