Improved Read Time Estimation
Raw copy on requests is now more accurately estimated. Specifically, the special character "$" is now counted as "dollar", two syllables. Also, any text that is surrounded by brackets like (this) or [this] will be excluded from the read time estimation.
File URL for "Add File" Option
There is a firm setting to allow the URL of a file to be added to a request in lieu of a file being directly attached. This Firm option can be enabled by PPO Help Desk or your Local Admin. When the URL has been given for a file instead of the actual file being uploaded, you will see a small icon after the File Type/File Name link, just before the usual red X, used to delete the file link.

ISCI Code Emphasis
You will also see that the ISCI codes shown in the Client Column of any List View are now slightly larger and bolder. This enhanced visibility should help greatly with staff members who focus a lot on the ISCI codes when paging through their List Views.

Revision/Extend Color Separation
We have slightly adjusted the background color for spots under the Revision status. This was done to give more visual distinction between Revisions and Extend Date spots. They are both still very eye-catching, but farther apart in terms of color.
