June 2015 vPPO Release Notes

PPO has almost always had the ability to play attached audio files (mp3). Now, image files that are attached can be previewed in much the same way. Instead of the  play button you see with an attached mp3 file, an image file will now have a  preview icon beside it. Simply move your mouse cursor over this icon and you'll see a thumbnail or preview image of the attached file.

 

 

 

Instead of only accepting a mouse click on the check box, the  Stations section of the QO form will now accept your click on the entire row. This will check off the same check box and if your  My Account settings say so, it will expand the additional fields below that station (Contract, etc.)

New Help & Support Options for vCreative PROMO

PPO users that need a little hand will notice two changes recently. First, callers to 1-800-605-9889 will hear a new greeting and menu options. Support for PPO is still Ext. 1, while support for PROMO is reached at Ext. 2. Second, users who reach out to us via our live chat option will now see a new option to select which vCreative service offering you need assistance with. 

 

 

 

• The workload count in the Writer POC dropdown is more accurate
• Blog email notification for Deleted and Canceled spots again have proper title/link
• The QO form properly highlighting missing fields in yellow on multi-spot orders
• The New flag once again applies to all recently Revised or Extended orders
• The weekly Expiring Soon email report will no longer duplicate spot entries
• Using a keystroke (Enter) for submitting attached files works properly again
