We are taking steps to make sure all PPO users know what is going on during the rare instances that there is a disruption in service. This blog will continue to be updated primarily for release notes from our software updates.

for quick reference. There, you will find the postmortem for past issues that are solved and real-time updates on any ongoing issues or service interruptions. You can also subscribe to incident updates via SMS or email.
Users also have the option of subscribing to ALL updates to our Status Page. To do this, you simply click the "Subscribe to Updates" button, choose the method (email, sms, etc) and provide your contact info. This will notify you on every incident that is posted automatically.
