Improved Password Reset Utility

It happens to the best of us. We all have a lot of passwords to remember, but now your PPO password is even easier to reset should you happen to forget it. Best of all, the new tool for resetting a forgotten password will take care of not only your PPO account but also your PROMO account if your market is using both systems. From the login screen, simply click the "Forgot your password? Click here." link. Then, enter your username into the field shown and click "Reset Password".

 

• Changed "User Folders" to "Saved Searches" in your My Account settings
• Out of Office dates formatted the same in all delegation and voice pool locations
• Previously entered run dates now able to be cleared when submitting a Spec Spot
